DEKANY TECH may not require any fee, remuneration, payments, cost-coverage or whatsoever from you as buyer.
DEKANY TECH does not require you as buyer to sign any documents.

DEKANY TECH shall of course sign your non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and any other documents foreseen by your internal guidelines or policies.

DEKANY TECH is not a reseller; therefore you conclude your business with the supplier directly.
So DEKANY TECH does not mean any risk for you.
You as a buyer always directly and on your exclusive discretion 

• evaluate the offers
• qualify the suppliers
• negotiate with the suppliers
• select the supplier
• place an order to the supplier
• order-process with the supplier
• pay to the supplier

( DEKANY TECHwill of course support you to that extent you wish.)

With the involvement of DEKANY TECH in your sourcing process, your risk remains zero.
