DEKANY TECH does not mean any risk for you.
You as a buyer always directly and on your exclusive discretion 

• evaluate the offers
• qualify the suppliers
• negotiate with the suppliers
• select the suppliers
• place orders to the suppliers
• order-process with the suppliers
• pay to the suppliers

( DEKANY TECH  will of course support you to that extent you wish.)

With the involvement of DEKANY TECH in your sourcing process, your risk remains zero.
